Here
are standard instructions:
1. Visit the Commuter
Connection resource store to fill out a carpool registration form or
fill out a registration
form online.
2. One person from your
carpool or vanpool can pick up your registration permit the next business day,
or we can mail it to you.
- In order to pick up the permit in person, you need to
present a driver's license or state ID.
- The address on the permit must match the address on
your ID.
- IDs can be updated by filling out a change of address
form at your local DMV.
3. Everyone in your
carpool must go to the parking garage to sign a contract.
- Everyone must present a drivers license or state ID.
- The address each ID must match the address listed on
the permit.
- Don't forget to bring your permit!
